"Fincare Rewards" is a rewards loyalty platform representing a network of merchants that are interested in offering exclusive offers and services to the Rupay Card customers. To ensure that our customers have a great rewarding experience with relevant offers and services, we may collect information from time to time. What We Collect?

We collect personally identifiable information from the customers to identify him/her as an individual when he/she register an account with Fincare Rewards. Upon agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, we may collect basic information like name, email ID, mobile number, date of birth, gender, address, PIN code, country, PAN Card etc. Apart from this, we may collect information like Customer ID, email, phone number, etc. that the customer would have used while he/she communicated with us. We maintain a record of customer’s transactions linked to Fincare rewards account including debits & credits to his/her bank accounts.

What is the Purpose?

All the information is collected for better servicing of our customers and making the offerings more relevant and personalized. We keep track of point transactions to help the customer in case of any disputes, inquiries, complaints or any customer care related queries. Using the information, we help to send the customers or their friends or relatives the products or gift cards that they have ordered, process gift card transaction, send communication-related to order updates and offers through e-mail, SMS and social media channels.

Who Has Access to Customer Data?

Only the persons authorized by us will have access to customer’s personal & sensitive data. When we share customer information with other brands to help us provide our services to the customer, we will require them to comply with every applicable legal requirement regarding the privacy of customer information. The information provided by the customer during registration will only be used within our domain unless the customer choose to allow third-party data sharing.

Although unlikely, we may provide personally identifiable information to the appropriate governmental authorities as required by law enforcement or judicial authorities. Other brands that are partnered with us may collect information about the customer when he/she views or click on their advertising or content using cookies. Since it is the way the Internet technically operates, we have no control over the collection of information by other brands. Customers are free to contact these advertisers if they have any queries about their use of the information they collect.
